We have had North Country Aire two times. Once for our air conditioner, it went out on a Friday afternoon, it was 90 degrees out. Saturday morning, we left a message with three different companies, this one was the only one that responded. They came that morning and fixed the problem. The other time was late February of this year. It had been below zero the week before and the week after our furnace quit working. They came out within an hour and fixed the problem. They were prompt, professional, polite, courteous and very reasonable. We highly recommend this quality business. Thank you North Country Aire.
